Brown Bear’s story begins in the late 80’s with a visit to a major distillery in the United states. The idea of starting spirit production was brewing up until 2015, when I started with preparations, recipes and technology. Experiences gained in years of preparations for production are a foundation for continuous development and quality of products. Each batch is committed to high quality standards, purity and further character development. It is hard to identify two totally identical batches taste wise, but the unmistakable Brown Bear’s character is ever present. Bottom line, every batch is a hand made one of a kind.
